They are navy blue and feature two front pockets, a double button zipper closure, silver stitching, and this is bejeweled in a diamond pattern on the waistband.
This was made in China with a Cotton blend.
They measure 15.5” across the waist when laid flat, and 15” from the top of the waist band to the bottom of the skirt.
