What does "Blemished Package" mean?
EFX Digital is an Authorized Skullcandy dealer. We purchase large quantities of Skullcandy items that are discontinued, an old color, previous years model, or excess inventory.  Because these items are typically shipped back and forth from retailer to distribution center they tend to get handled slightly more which sometimes results in a "crease" or "dent" in the clamshell pack.  These blemishes are very minor (virtually unnoticeable in most cases) and do not affect the actual item inside the package. We guarantee that every pair of Skullcandy headphones we sell are brand new.  These are not refurbished products - they are absolutely 100% brand new.  In 99.9% of cases you won't even notice any damage to the packaging.  You can easily give these items as gifts!  This is just like purchasing a brand new item from the store but at a much lower price

The majority of the items we sell come a with manufacturers warranty however if your item becomes defective within the first 30 days we will replace it for you (or offer you a refund if you prefer). After 30 days, unless otherwise stated in the item description, you must contact the manufacturer for warranty issues. If the manufacturer refuses you warranty service then please contact us immediately so that we can be of assistance.

You may return your item to us for any reason. If you wish to return your item please contact our Customer Service department to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. If you are returning your item because it is defective or the wrong item was received then we will provide free return shipping. Customers returning defective items have the option of a replacement (if available) or a full refund. For non-defective items that have been opened we charge a 15% restocking fee as we cannot resell the item as new. To return an item you must contact us within 14 days of receipt and we must receive the item within 7 days of issuing you a RMA. We will do our best to make sure that the return process is as smooth as possible if the unlikely event that you need to use it.
