    For your consideration is a darling skirt from the Gymboree "Merry Occasions" line...2010 tag.  It is size 8 and is in EUC.  Black satiny fabric with red plaid trim...adjustable waist...fully lined.  The waist is 23.75" without adjusting and the length is 16".  100% poly.   Very cute !!
