This is in good pre owned condition.
This is a super cute red and white floral skirt.
The skirt is approximately 23 inches long.
There are no rips, tears, or stains that I see.
The skirt has two layers to it.
The tag just says a size medium, but I am guessing that this is a size 10-12.
Skirt is 100% Cotton.  Lining is 90% Polyester and 10% Cotton.
